The Video Background section allows you to add textual content and a button over a video background. This is an effective way to highlight important content on your page and use the button to link to a dedicated page.

This section is available site-wide and comes with several customization options to help you tailor it to match the rest of your site.

Video setup

To set up a video background, first add the “Video Background” section to your page. Then, click “Select video” to upload a video or choose one from your library.

In the video settings, you can choose between “Native” and “Background” video styles. The “Background” option adjusts the video height according to the “Desktop background height” setting, making the video behave as a background. You can then add text and a button over it. Keep in mind that, due to the way background videos work, the visible portion of the video will change depending on the screen width.

Additionally, in the settings, you can adjust the video background layout to full width, modify the text position, opacity, and more.
